  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and prepare for your session.

  • Can I request a specific massage therapist?

    • Yes. You may request your preferred massage therapist when scheduling your appointment.

Before Your Massage

  • What should I wear?

    • Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be professionally draped throughout your massage.

  • Should I eat before my appointment?

    • A light meal is recommended. Avoid eating a large meal immediately before your session.

  • What should I bring with me?

    • Just yourself! Please bring any necessary medical information and arrive 5-10 minutes early.

  • Can I receive a massage if I have a medical condition or injury?

    • Please let us know about any medical conditions or injuries before your session. Your therapist can determine whether modifications are appropriate and may recommend medical clearance when necessary.

During Your Massage

  • Will I remain covered during my massage?

    • Yes. Professional draping is maintained throughout your session.

  • Can I request more or less pressure?

    • Absolutely. Your comfort is our priority, and pressure can be adjusted at any time.

  • Can I communicate what feels comfortable for me?

    • Yes. We encourage open communication throughout your session.

  • What if I need to change or stop the massage?

    • Simply let your therapist know. You may request an adjustment or stop your session at any time.

After Your Massage

  • What should I do after my massage?

    • Drink plenty of water, take time to relax, and allow your body time to adjust after your session.

  • Is it normal to feel sore afterward?

    • Some mild soreness or tenderness may occur, particularly after deeper work. This should typically resolve within a day or two.

  • How often should I schedule a massage?

    • Frequency depends on your individual needs and goals. Your therapist can help recommend a schedule that works best for you.

Booking & Policies
